River Nile Sunset Cruise

Nothing beats an African sunset and particularly one over River Nile. Salute the end of another great day with Mwanzo Tours Uganda, good food and an ice-cold beer or gin & tonic

Don’t forget to bring your cameras to capture not just the sunset, but an array of birdlife including our resident African Fish Eagles swooping for small fish. Mwanzo Tours staff will keep the complimentary food and drinks flowing the whole time, while you just sit back and soak up the peaceful.

Horse Riding

Enjoy a unique ride through various trails that meander past typical Ugandan villages, alongside the banks of the Nile River, through vast sugar cane plantations and under the vast rain forest trees of Mabira Forest.

Trails include short safaris (1 hour and a half hours, 2 hours & 3-hour rides) and these are run 7 days a week at 10am in the morning and 2pm in the afternoon.

Our sunset rides (90mins) run from 4pm on demand.

Nile Lunch Cruise

Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch while cruising around the first few kilometers of the Nile searching along the shores and small islands for birds, otters and Nile Monitor lizards.
