€3,500 per person, including gorilla trekking, or €3,000 per person with a guided nature hike instead. Flexible payment plans.
A women-only journey through Uganda, Wednesday 10 February 2027 to Wednesday 24 February 2027. Fifteen days and fourteen nights, starting and ending in Entebbe, with an intimate group and two Land Cruisers.
On the €3,000 option, a guided nature hike in Bwindi replaces only the gorilla trek that day. The Batwa community visit is still included.
Park permits are included, including the gorilla permit on the €3,500 option. Drinks, laundry, porter fees, and water are not included.
A 40% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before departure.
- More than 60 days before departure, the 40% deposit is non-refundable.
- From 59 to 30 days before departure, 70% of the total is charged.
- 29 days or less before departure, 100% is charged.
- Gorilla permits, once purchased, are non-refundable but can be rescheduled according to availability.
