Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 · Arrival & sisterhood circle

Welcome in Entebbe. Evening introduction circle with your guide — intentions for the journey, safety briefing.

Day 2 · Lake Bunyonyi

Scenic drive to Lake Bunyonyi — one of Africa's deepest lakes. Canoe outing, sunset, gentle acclimatisation.

Day 3 · To Bwindi highlands

Transfer to Bwindi region. Lodge nestled in the forest. Pre-trek briefing with female ranger where available.

Day 4 · Gorilla trekking

Mountain gorilla trek — the defining moment. Celebration dinner with your group.

Day 5 · Forest walk & photography

Optional second forest activity — waterfall walk, birding, or guided photography session in the mist.

Day 6 · Serah Project visit

Community day with Serah Project — meet women caregivers, school visit, shared meal. Ethical, consent-led engagement.

Day 7 · Kibale chimps

Drive to Kibale. Chimpanzee tracking in the afternoon or next morning depending on permits.

Day 8 · Chimp trek & wellness

Morning chimp trek. Afternoon rest — journaling, spa treatment, or village walk (optional).

Day 9 · Return & farewell

Drive to Entebbe. Closing circle. Departure or optional Kampala craft market stop.
